Sagging
I understand this trend of wearing pants so big you have to hold them up with one hand is called sagging.
As an over-fifty woman, I know just how UNattractive sagging is.
When I see a kid with his pants 6 inches lower than his underwear I get this really strong urge to run over and give him a wedgie.
I guess I should be grateful they wear underwear.

Sagging is unattractive at any age - whether it's clothes or body parts that sag.

my impulse is not to give a wedgie, but to give a quick tug and let the pants fall to the floor!! especially when I am behind one of these kids on an escalator
