Marvelous Monday - 09/28/09

One week ago today the Atlanta area went through what "they" are calling a 500 year flood. Because of that flood, I have discovered the up side to not having a basement: since we don't have a basement, our basement didn't flood. So far I've talked to one person who has a basement who didn't have water in it. Other than some detours to avoid flooded bridges, we really didn't have any problems from the water.

But that's not the only thing that makes today marvelous. Alice is four years old today.
